Nice rubber
Great tires, quiet and smooth with much less steering wheel vibration. Had probably 10k miles left on the set I replaced but was going on a road trip. Didn't know bad they were until the Q/T's got put on. It was time.

Super efficient staff
Having been told by my mechanic that I would need new tires soon, I walked into my local Les Schwab for an estimate. The young lady at the desk was very helpful, and gave me 3 options from which to choose. She expertly explained the differences between the options and gave me a printout to take home and study. When I went in a few weeks later to have the tires put on, the process was very efficient, and the car was ready at the promised time.
