These people deserve a medal!!
Pulled into Les Schwab needing new tires, half expecting to be there for hours. Nope. The awesome lady at the front desk got me set up fast, and the team had everything installed in about 45 minutes faster than my wife and daughter could finish grocery shopping which is saying something. Everyone there was super friendly and just easy to talk to. I don’t know what kind of tire-changing magic they’ve got going on, but I’m not asking questions. Always reliable always solid. 11/10

Not as good as advertised.
They advertise lifetime warranty of tires but I've had to come in 4 times in the past 2 years for tires and this last time had to pay for new ones.

Disappointing experience
Service was unusually poor. Snow tires (on snow rims) were taken off, and summer tires (on rims) were replaced with these new tires. However, the TPM sensors that were on the winter tires were not swapped over onto the new tires. This will be the fourth trip to Les Schwab in three weeks that I will have to make to complete this purchase and get the TPM sensors swapped onto the new tires. Entirely unacceptable. No apology. None of the usual great customer service. Very disappointing experience. Hope this is a one-off!

Great job, great tires

Let There Be Quiet!
These new tires are like night and day vs. the old tires which were terribly noisy. In the rain, the new tires grip the road much better and the car just handles better overall with them.
